- June 2011 Recipient of Personal Attendant Service Award: Deanna – In-Home Caregiver for Seniors in San Diego County

The Servant’s Heart Personal Attendant Service Award is a monthly drawing for a nice bonus.
All Servant’s Heart Personal Attendants who have met the award qualification criteria are eligible to be in the drawing. In order to qualify, employees must be working at least 20 hours per week, have not been late, not have any outstanding required dates issues and either fill in for shifts or accept Go Team days.
Deanna was the winner in the June 2011 drawing. Congratulations, Deanna!

Servant’s Heart Employee of the Month for May 2011 – Deborah!Deb is a true professional and a great help to her clients. She regularly calls the office to report on the client’s conditions, deals with difficult situations with grace and has a teachable spirit.
We really appreciate how hard Deb is working and we’re happy she’s an employee at a Servant’s Heart! Thank you Deb!

- April 2011 Employee of the Month: Marianne – In-Home Caregiver for Seniors in San Diego County
Servant’s Heart Employee of the Month for April 2011 – Marianne!Marianne has been with A Servant’s Heart since 2009. She is a tremendous asset to the organization and is perhaps the most thorough of all our caregivers. She is detailed, continually keeps in contact with the office about what’s going on with the clients and is always willing to go the extra mile.
If something needs to be done, Marianne does it, and does it well. We’re so happy she’s one of our own and we congratulate her in achieving this award!

Servant’s Heart Employee of the Month for February 2011 – Susan!Susan has been with A Servant’s Heart since October 2009. She’s always on time, fills in for shifts at the last minute and maintains strict professional boundaries. The clients rave about her and so do we! Our organization continues to be successful because of employees like Susan.

Servant’s Heart Employee of the Month for March 2011 – Sally!Sally joined the company in February 2010. When Sally starts a case, we can expect a call from the clients, who always give Sally high praise for her efforts and friendly, helpful attitude. She’s a great employee and a we’re so glad she’s with A Servant’s Heart. Thank you, Sally!
