Memberships and Affiliations

	The National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers is a volunteer nonprofit association with over 2,000 members and is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors, who are elected to two-year terms and represent a diversity in practices and geographic locations.
	The purpose of the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM) is to advance the quality of care management services by assuring individual competence to perform the full range of care management tasks through a validated, standardized examination that tests the skills, knowledge, and practice ethics needed to serve consumers.
	The San Diego Regional Home Care Council is a local association of home care, home health, hospice, DME and other companies and organizations that works together to promote the interests of consumers and providers of care services to clients and patients in the homes of those clients and patients.
	The California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH) is the leading statewide home care association in the nation and the voice of home care for the western United States for over 40 years. CAHSAH represents more than 556 members and 850 offices that are direct providers of health and supportive services and products in the home. CAHSAH’s provider members represent Medicare-certified home health agencies, licensed home health agencies, hospices, private duty organizations, home medical equipment providers, home infusion pharmacy providers and interdisciplinary professional services. The affiliate members include computer companies, consulting firms, insurance providers, and suppliers.
	The Better Business Bureau gathers and reports information on business reliability, alert the public to frauds against consumers and businesses, provide information on ethical business practices, and acts as a mutually trusted intermediary between consumers and businesses to resolve disputes.
	The California Chamber of Commerce is the largest, broad-based business advocate, working at the state and federal levels to influence government actions affecting all California business. For more than 100 years, the California Chamber of Commerce has worked to make California a better place to do business by giving private-sector employers a voice in state politics and providing a full range of California-specific products and services.
